Encourage Me is a new venture driving community change, one conversation at a time. Reflecting upon my career path, I wondered if I could have achieved more if someone had encouraged me? Borne out of my experiences of mentoring I have decided to share my personal leadership stories, create a mentoring network and design a pay it forward organisation.
